Our Purpose
- To facilitate job placement of individuals represented by JPC members
- To inform employers about advantages and financial incentive programs available when hiring these individuals
- To participate in community awareness and advocacy activities in order to improve opportunities for individuals seeking employment
- To assist JPC members by providing a forum for networking and professional development

Who We Serve

The JPC serves consumers of our member agencies who have barriers to employment including, but not limited to
- Youth
- Veterans
- Ex-offenders
- Persons with history of alcohol/chemical dependence
- Individuals with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Dislocated Workers
- Displaced Homemakers
- Older Workers
- Persons enrolled in education or training programs
- Persons receiving benefits including, but not limited to:
- Public Assistance
- Food Stamps
- Supplemental Security Income
- Social Security Disability
- Unemployment Insurance
- Workers Compensation
In order to receive JPC services, a representative from a member agency must have their consumer fill out a registration form and have it faxed or mailed to the JPC office prior to making an appointment.

Funding
The JPC operates on a very limited budget. We rely on a combination of public and private funds to maintain and expand our services to both the consumers we serve and the business community. If you would like to make a contribution, please contact the JPC office.
