Directions to the JPC Office

To get to the JPC Office once you are at Crossgates Mall,

  • Enter the blue exit door located between CVS and KB Toys.
  • The door says "Emergency Exit..." but please do not be deterred from entering.
  • Follow the signs to end of hallway and take a right.
  • Go straight and then take a left and then an immediate right.,
  • Before you get to the door (the first door on the right is the JPC office), there are "bank-like" windows from the last corner to the door.
  • If you are seeking job services, please come right up to the first window, furthest away from the door, for assistance.
  • If you are a JPC member, employee or volunteer, please come to the door and ring the doorbell.
