The Capital Region Employer Alliance (CREA) is a partnership of private sector employers, job placement specialists and government agencies promoting workforce development and employment of persons with disabilities.

The Nominating Committee is comprised of three JPC members who are not members of the Board. They are empowered to find potential candidates from the membership.
